P.A. Properties confirms support to DHSUD's mission to close housing gaps
LAGUNA, PHILIPPINES: P.A. Properties, one of the fastest growing developers of low to medium cost housing communities in Southern Luzon, reaffirmed its support to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and commitment to take part in offering solutions to close the housing gap in the Philippines.
Having built more than 20,000 housing units across Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga, Batangas, and Bulacan, P.A. Properties has established communities where families can prosper and thrive outside the bustling Metro Manila while ensuring that housing projects are accessible to public transport systems and major thoroughfares. The company also has visible development projects at the heat of Metro Manila.
"It is a great honor for P.A. Properties to take part in this important mission of the DHSUD especially as they celebrate their fourth founding anniversary. We remain faithful to our objective of providing secure, beautiful, and quality homes that Filipinos can afford," said Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina - Cruz, president and chief executive officer of P.A. Properties.
According to the DHSUD, the housing gap that is now standing at 6.5 million units which, if unaddressed could snowball into 10 million units by the end of the Marcos administration. To address this, the agency bared its plan of building one million housing units annually until 2028.
Property stakeholders, including P.A. Properties, rallied behind DHSUD following this pronouncement.
With over three decades in building safe, secure, and affordable and beautiful communities, P.A. Properties has launched various housing projects that cater to low to middle income households.
In 2017, the company partnered with Japanese property firm Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. for a joint venture that marries the ingenuity of Filipinos and the eye for aesthetics and functional design of the Japanese. They have developed Idesia City in Dasmariñas, Cavite, which has since expanded in key cities in Southern Luzon, namely in Lipa, Batangas, and Cabuyao, Laguna.
Likewise, the company is looking forward to building 20 more housing communities in the next five years starting with Saint Joseph Ridgeview Phase 2 in Dasmariñas, Cavite, which had a groundbreaking ceremony last January. The project will soon be home to 253 families.
Meanwhile, in its efforts to sustain its goal of reaching out to more Filipinos, P.A. Properties remains a strong partner of the Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag-IBIG Fund, to help facilitate easier access to affordable housing loans for low wage earners. It has also established several trouble-free online payment channels.
P.A. Properties also continuously strives to improve its after-sales service and relationship with home-buyers and owners by establishing a centralized customer care advisory and an online appointment system, enhancing the Customer Service Lounge, and providing "Tips and Taps Advisory" to buyers.
"Providing safe, secure and affordable homes to Filipinos is a massive mission but with DHSUD's stewardship, we are optimistic about the future of the Filipino homeowners and the Philippine property sector," said Lina-Cruz.
